Agartala (Tripura) Airport Declared as Customs Notified Airport

G.S.R. 9(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of sub-section (1) read with sub-section (2) of section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 61/94-Customs (N.T.) dated the 21st November, 1994, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), vide number S.O. 828 (E), dated the 21st November, 1994, namely:-

In the said notification, in the Table, after serial number 15A and the entries relating thereto, the following serial number and entries shall be inserted, namely:—
