TMA Physical Copy Applications can be Filed till 30 Oct 2020

[DGFT Public Notice No. 02/2015-2020 dated 13 April 2020]

Subject: Procedure for availing Transport and Marketing Assistance (TMA) on Specified Agriculture Products - relaxation of time for submission of physical copy of application.

In exercise of the powers conferred under Paragraph 2.04 of the Handbook of Procedures (2015-20) as amended, Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following amendments in the said Handbook of Procedures, with immediate effect:

(i) The following is added at the end of sub clause (c) of para 7(A).01 of HBP 2015-20: "However, for the applications filed electronically on or after 01.2.2020 upto 30.09.2020, physical pdf copy of the print out of ANF-7(A)A along with prescribed documents can be filed manually with RA concerned upto 30.10.2020."

Effect of the Public Notice: Provision for submission of physical copy of application with the concerned RA has been relaxed.
