Effect
of this Notification: The Export of Guar Gum to European Union and UK will
now be allowed subject to issuance of Official Certificate in place of Health
Certificate with immediate effect.

Amendment in Export Policy of Guar Gum- regarding
S.O. (E) In exercise of powers conferred by Section 3
read with Section 5 of the Foreign Trade (Development & Regulation) Act,
1992 (No. 22 of 1992), as amended, read with Para 1.02 and 2.0 I of the Foreign
Trade Policy, 2015-20, the Central Government hereby makes following amendment
in the Notification No. 31 /2015-20 dated 29.09.2017 related to export of Guar Gum:

Schedule - 2 of ITC (HS) Export Policy, 2018 is as under:

authorized representative of the competent authority: • Vimta Labs, Hyderabad; • EIA Lab, Mumbai |
