Mumbai Addl. DGFT Notifies New Timings for Submission and Delivery of Applications

[Addl. DGFT Mumbai Trade Notice No. 05 dated 6^th March 2012]

As you are aware, presently, the timings of submission and delivery of various applications in this office are as below:-

1) Submission of IEC Applications : 10.00 A.M. to 12.30 P.M.

2) Same Day Applications : 10.00 A.M. to 10.30 A.M.

(Advance Authorisation,DFIA & DEPB)

3) All other submissions : 10.30 A.M. to 12.30 P.M.

4) Delivery of Documents including IEC : 2.30 P.M. to 5.30 P.M.

As per demand from the Trade and in order to facilitate exporters, the hours for submitting all applications are now extended. The new timings for submission and delivery are as below:-

1) Submission of IEC Applications : 10.00 A.M. to 3.00 P.M.

2) Same Day Applications : 10.00 A.M. to 10.45 A.M.

(Advance Authorisation,DFIA & DEPB)

3) All other submissions : 10.30 A.M. to 3.00 P.M.

(Lunch Break 1.30 P.M. to 2.00 P.M.)

4) Delivery of Documents including IEC : 3.30 P.M. to 5.30 P.M.

The above timings come into effect from 7^th March, 2012.

The Trade is requested to take note of the above timings.
