DGTR Extends Non-verification of Data by another Three Months till 31 Dec 2020 in view of Spread of COVID-19

Subject: Temporary changes in the Trade Remedy investigation processes due to COVID-19 pandemic

Reference is invited to Trade Notice No. 01/2020 d ated 1Oth April, 2020 further extended by Trade Notice No. 03/2020 dated 9th July, 2020 on the above subject. Since the restrictions imposed by different countries including India to tackle the COVID-1 9 pandemic continue, the validity of the aforesaid Trade Notice is hereby extended till 31st December, 2020 or until further orders whichever is earlier.
