Appendices and Aayat Niryat Forms of DGFT Handbook of Procedures Notified

[DGFT Public Notice No. 06 dated 20^th June 2012]

In exercise of powers conferred under Paragraph 2.4 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2009-2014, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby notifies the Handbook of Procedures- Volume I (Appendices and Aayat Niryat Forms). This shall come into force with immediate effect, except Appendix 37A, 37C and 37D which will be deemed to have come into effect on 5^th June, 2012.
