Last date of Filing Declaration in Sabka Vishwas Legacy Dispute Resolution Scheme (SVLDRS) Extended to 15 Jan 2020 from 31 Dec 2019

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (1) and (2) of section 132 of the Finance (No. 2) Act, 2019 (23 of 2019), the Central Government on being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No. 05/2019-Central Excise-NT, dated the 21^st August, 2019, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i), vide number G.S.R. 588 (E), dated the 21^st August, 2019, namely:-

In rule 3, in sub-rule(1), for the figures, letters and word “ 31^st December, 2019”, the figures, letters and word “ 15^th January, 2020” shall be substituted.
