Amendments in ITC (HS) 2012 Import Schedule to Incorporate Finance Bill, 2012 Changes

Subject: Amendment in ITC (HS) 2012 Schedule 1 – Import Policy.

In exercise of powers conferred by Section 5, read along with Section 3(2) of the Foreign Trade (Development and Regulation) Act, 1992, read with paragraph 2.1 of Foreign Trade Policy, 2009-14, the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the Schedule 1 – Import Policy of the ITC (HS), 2012.

2.  In Chapter 24, against the ITC HS Codes 2402 20 10, 2402 20 20, 2402 20 30 and 2402 20 40, the descriptions are modified as under:
