Country of Export for PVC Suspension Grade Anti-dumping Duty Amended to “Taiwan” from “EU”, “USA” in China General Plastics Corp Case

[Customs Notification No. 08 (ADD) dated 11^th March 2016]

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section(1and sub-section (5) of section 9A of the Customs Tariff Act, 1975(51 of 1975), read with rules 18, 20 and 23 of the Customs Tariff(Identification, Assessment and Collection of Anti-dumping Duty on Dumped Articles and for Determination of Injury) Rules, 1995, the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance(Department of Revenue), No. 27/2014-Customs (ADD), dated the 13thJune, 2014, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, section 3, sub-section (i), vide number G.S.R. 405(E), dated the 13th June, 2014, namely:-

In the said notification, in the Table,-

i. against serial numbers 3, 4, and 5, for the entry in column (5), the entry Taiwan shall be substituted;

ii. against serial number 12, for the entry in column (5), the entry People’s Republic of China shall be substituted.
