Nepalgunj Road Notified for Drawback

[Customs Notification No. 101 (Non Tariff) dated 27^th September 2013]

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 76 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No.208/1977-Customs, dated the 1^st October, 1977, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II Section 3, Sub-section (i), vide number G.S.R. 1318, dated 1^st October, 1977, namely:-

In the said notification, in paragraph 2, in clause (c), in item (ii), for the words “Jaigaon or Moreh”, the words “Jaigaon, Moreh or Nepalgunj Road” shall be substituted.
