DGFT Prescribes Time Limit for Export of Value Added Products of Red Sanders Wood Quota of 1998.5917 MTs for AP Govt upto 30 April 2016

Sub: Amendment in Public Notice No. 42 (RE-2013)/2009-2014 dated 03.12.2013 relating to export of Value Added products of Red Sanders wood by Government of Andhra Pradesh.

In exercise of the powers conferred under Paragraph 2.04 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2015-2020, Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following amendment in Public Notice No. 42 (RE-2013)/2009-2014 dated 03.12.2013:

In terms of Notification No. 54 dated 03.12.2013, vide Public Notice No. 42 (RE-2013)/2009-2014 dated 03.12.2013, procedure for export of 1998.5917 MTs of Value Added products of Red Sanders wood by Government of Andhra Pradesh had been notified, but no time limit had been prescribed for such export.

3. Now, it has been decided to prescribe time upto 30.04.2016 for export of 1998.5917 MTs of Value Added products of Red Sanders wood by Government of Andhra Pradesh, permitted vide Public Notice No. 42 (RE-2013)/2009-2014 dated 03.12.2013.

4. Effect of this Public Notice

Time upto 30.04.2016 has been prescribed for export of 1998.5917 MTs value added products of Red Sanders wood by Government of Andhra Pradesh, permitted vide Public Notice No. 42 (RE-2013)/2009-2014 dated 03.12.2013.
