Subject: Enlistment under Appendix 4C- Agencies Authorized to issue Certificate of Origin (Non-Preferential).

In exercise of powers conferred under paragraph 2.4 of the Foreign Trade Policy 2009-2014, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby authorizes Visvesvaraya Trade Promotion Centre (VTPC) and its two branches to issue Certificate of Origin (Non Preferential):

2. Accordingly, names of the above agency is added at Serial No. 7 (Karnataka) of Appendix 4C (List of Agencies Authorized to issue Certificated of Origin-Non-Preferential) to Handbook of Procedure Vol.I, 2009-2014 (Appendices & ANFs). 

3. Effect of this Public Notice

Visvesvaraya Trade Promotion Centre (VTPC) Bangalore and its two branches at Dharwad and Mysore are enlisted for issuing Certificate of Origin (Non Preferential).
