Foreign Post Offices at Vijayawada, Leh and Hyderabad

[Customs Notification No. 125 (Non Tariff) dated 13^th October 2016]

In exercise of the powers conferred by clauses (b) and (c) of sub - section (1) of section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No. 63/94-Customs (NT), dated the 21st November, 1994, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, vide number S.O. 830 (E) dated the 21st November, 1994, namely:-

In the said notification, in the TABLE, against serial number 8, in column (3), after the existing entries, the following entries shall be inserted, namely:-

“(11) Sub - Foreign Post office at Vijayawada;

(12) Sub - Foreign Post office at Leh;

(13) Sub - Foreign Post office at Hyderabad.”.
