Effect of this Notification: Policy condition
incorporated against export of items under the above mentioned HS codes.
Subject -
Amendment In Export Policy of items under
HS Codes 27101241, 27101242,
27101243, 27101244, 27101249, 27101941, 27101944,
and 27101949 of Chapter 27 of Schedule 2 of the lTC
(HS) Export Policy.
S.O. (E) In exercise of powers conferred by Section 3
read with section 5 of the Foreign Trade (Development & Regulation) Act, 1992
(No. 22 of 1992), as amended read with Para 1.02 and 2.01of the Foreign Trade Policy
2015-20, the Central Government hereby amends the Export Policy of items under HS Codes 27101241, 27101242, 27101243,
27101244, 27101249, 27101941, 27101944 and 27101949 of Chapter 27 of Schedule 2
of the ITC (HS) Export Policy.

this condition is not applicable to 100% EoUs and
Units in SEZs. Such
exporters are also required to file a quarterly return to the Ministry of
Petroleum and Natural Gas (MoPNG). |
