Fireworks can be Deposed by Customs

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1A) of section
110 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, having
regard to the hazardous nature of the goods and constraint of storage space
hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the
Government of India in the Ministry of Finance, (Department of Revenue) No.
31/86 Customs, dated the 5th February,1986, published in the Gazette
of India, vide number G.S.R. 87( E), dated the 5th February, 1986,
namely:-
In the Schedule annexed to the said notification, after item
number 17 and the entry relating thereto, the following item number and entry
shall be inserted namely:-
18. Fireworks.
