In exercise of
the powers conferred by section 13 of the Foreign Trade (Development and Regulation)
Act, 1992 (22 of 1992) and in supersession of the earlier Notifications
mentioned below, the Central Government hereby authorizes the officers
specified in column 2 of the table below for the purposes of exercising powers
under Section 13 read with Section 11 of the FT(DR) Act, 1992, subject to the
limits specified against such officers in the corresponding entry in column 3
of the said Table, namely:-
