of this Notification: Import of Malonylurea (Barbituric Acid) and its salts shall be allowed without NOC
from Narcotics Commissioner, Gwalior.

Amendment in import policy condition of HS Code 29335200 under Chapter 29 of ITC
(HS) 2022, Schedule- I (Import Policy)
S.O. (E): In exercise of powers conferred by Section 3
and Section 5 of FT (D&R) Act, 1992, read with paragraph 1.02 and 2.01 of
the Foreign Trade Policy (FTP), 2015-2020, as amended from time to time, the Central
Government hereby amends the policy condition of HS Code 29335200 under Chapter
29 of lTC (HS) 2022, Schedule - I (Import Policy),
with immediate effect, as under:
