Subject: -Enlistment under Appendix 2E- Agencies Authorized to issue Certificate of Origin (Non-Preferential).

In exercise of powers conferred under paragraph 2.04 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2015-2020, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby authorizes the following agencies to issue Certificate of Origin (Non Preferential):

Federation of Kutch Industries Associations is added at Serial No. 13 (Gujarat), (ii) M/s Indian Merchants’ Chamber is added at Serial No.12 (Delhi) and (iii) M/s National Chamber of Industries & Commerce is added at Serial No. 8 (Uttar Pradesh/Uttarakhand) of Appendix 2E [List of Agencies Authorized to issue Certificate of Origin (Non-Preferential)] to Appendices & Aayaat Niryaat Forms of FTP 2015-2020.
