Subject: -Amendment in Import Policy Artemia
Cyst under lTC (HS) Code 0511 91 40 of Chapter-05 of lTC (HS), 2022, Schedule-1 (Import Policy)
S.O. (E): In exercise of powers conferred by Section 3
and section 5 of FT (D&R) Act, 1992, read with paragraph 1.02 and 2.01 of
the Foreign Trade Policy (FTP) 2015-2020, as amended from time to time, the Central
Government hereby amends the import policy of lTC (HS)
05119140 of Chapter 05 of lTC (HS) 2022, Schedule 1 (Import
Policy) as under:
