Nhava Sheva Customs Issues Consolidated Instructions for Granting Manual Out of Charge of Import Consignments where Duty is not being Reflected in ICES after Payment

· It is hereby clarified that manual Out of Charge to the import consignments of all categories of Importers may be granted on production of a certificate from the Bank as per Annexure-A, indicating the payment of duty, along with an undertaking that in case duty is not credited to the government account the concerned Importer shall deposit the same along with applicable interest, if any, immediately. However, the said facility of manual Out of Charge would be granted only after the-payment verification on website www.icegate:gov.in.
