Effect of this Public Notice: The wordings HMS -I & HMS - II as appearing in Public Notice No.38/ (2015-2020) dated 6^th October, 2016 are replaced by un-shredded Metallic Waste and Scrap.

In exercise of powers conferred under paragraph 2.04 of the Foreign Trade Policy, (2015-2020), the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby revises the subject and Paragraph I of the Public Notice No.38/ (2015-2020) dated 6th October, 2016 as under:
