DGFT Notifies Universal Crop Protection in NP/NPK Manufacturers for Export of Own Manufacturers

[DGFT Notification No. 44/2015-2020 dated 29 November 2021]

Effect of this notification: List of Manufacturers / Units of NP / NPK, who can freely export their own manufactures subject to the conditions, have been amended by adding the name of M/s Universal Crop Protection to the list of existing entries.

Subject: Export Policy of Fertilisers - Updation in List of Manufactures/Units of NPINPK Fertilizers

S.O. (E) In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 read with section 5 of the Foreign Trade (Development & Regulation) Act, 1992 (No.22 of 1992), as amended, read with paragraph 1.02 and 2.01 of the Foreign Trade Policy (FTP), 2015-2020, the Central Government hereby makes the amendments with immediate effect in List 'C' of Note 1 under Export Licensing Note of Chapter 31 of ITC(HS) Classification- Schedule 2 (Export Policy):

2. The existing entries against List 'C' below Note 1 under Export Licensing Note of Chapter 31 of ITC(HS) Classification - Schedule 2 (Export Policy) is amended by adding the name of M/s Universal Crop Protection at S.No 19 in addition to existing entries:
