Effect
of the Notification: Revision has been carried out in the
Policy and Policy conditions for Zinc Dross, Light Naphtha, Heavy Naphtha, Full
Range Naphtha and Aviation Gasoline.

Amendment in import policy of items under Chapter 26 and 27 of ITC (HS), 2017, Schedule
-I (Import Policy)

(E): In exercise of powers conferred by Section 3 of FT (D&R) Act, 1992,
read with paragraph 1.02 and 2.01 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2015-2020, as
amended from time to time, the Central Government hereby amends the import
policy and policy conditions for Zinc Dross (HS code 2620 1910), Light Naphtha (HS
code 2710 1221), Heavy Naphtha (HS code 2710 1222), Full Range Naphtha (HS code
2710 1229) and Aviation Gasoline (HS code 2710 1250) under Chapter 26 & 27
of ITC (HS), 2017, Schedule- I (Import Policy).

responsible for 'safety' norms of the item for the industry. |

approval of Minister of Commerce & Industry.
