PSIAs on Metal Scrap Validity Extended to 31 March 2020 in 31 Dec 2019 Cases

Effect of this Public Notice: Validity of the Pre-shipment Inspection Agencies (PSIAs) as listed in the Appendix 2G of A&ANF, whose validity expires on 31.12.2019 is extended up to 31.03.2020.

Subject: Extension of validity of Pre-shipment Inspection Agencies (PSIAs)

In exercise of powers conferred under paragraph 2.04 of the Foreign Trade Policy (2015-20), the Director General of Foreign Trade in relaxation of the provision as in Para 2.55(d) of the Handbook of Procedure. 2015-20 notifies as under:-

The validity of recognition of the Pre-shipment Inspection Agencies (PSIAs) included in the Appendix 2G of Appendices and Aayat Niryat Forms (A&ANF) of Foreign Trade Policy (2015-20) who are going to complete their tenure of three years on 31.12.2019 along with those whose validity was extended up to 31.12.2019 is further extended up to 31.03.2020.
