Effect of this Public Notice: Ad-hoc Norms approved vide ALC meeting no. 8/19 dt. 20/07/2018 for Cashew Kernels Whole & Cashew Kernels pieces stands suspended with immediate effect.

Subject: Amendments in the Ad-hoc Norms fixed under Para 4.06 of HBP for export of Cashew Kernels Whole & Cashew Kernels pieces against import of Shelled Cashew Kernels

In exercise of powers conferred under Paragraph 1.03 of the Foreign Trade Policy 2015-2020, as amended from time to time, the Director General of Foreign Trade makes the following amendments in the Ad-hoc Input Output Norms:

The Ad-hoc Norms as approved vide ALC minutes no. 8/19 dt. 20/07/2018, (Case No. M-78), regarding M/s Olam Agro India Private Limited, Gurugram, for export of Cashew Kernels Whole & Cashew Kernels pieces against import of Shelled Cashew Kernels is suspended with immediate effect.
