Corrections in SION Engineering Products

[DGFT Public Notice No. 53 dated 9th January 2017]

Effect of Public Notice: The Engineering Table references have been corrected in SION C 172, C244, C248, C270, C271, C272, C472, C473, C1834, C1835, C1836, C1855, C1856, C1939, C1983, C1984, C2034, C2035, C2036 and C2037 and amendment in foot notes have been notified as per Para 2 above.

In exercise of the powers conferred under paragraph 1.03 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2015-20 and paragraph 1.01 of Handbook of Procedure (Vol. I) the Directorate General of Foreign Trade hereby notifies the corrections in SION C172, C244, C248, C270, C271, C272, C472, C473, C1834, C1835, C1836, C1855, C1856, C1939, C1983, C1984, C2034, C2035, C2036 and C2037 of Engineering Products in the Hand Book Procedures Vol. Il.
