Hindon Airport (Ghaziabad) Notified for Defence Goods Loading and Unloading

[Customs Notification No. 54 (Non Tariff) dated 21^st July 2014]

In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of sub-section (1) of section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs, hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 61/94-Customs (N.T.), dated the 21^st November, 1994, published in the Gazette of India, vide number S.O. 828(E), dated the 21^st November, 1994, namely:-

In the said notification, in the Table, against serial number 16 relating to the State of Uttar Pradesh, in columns (3) and (4), after item (e) and the entries relating thereto, the following shall respectively be inserted, namely :-

“(f) Hindon, Ghaziabad	Unloading of imported goods and loading of export goods or any class of such goods related to Ministry of Defence, Government of India”.

2. The notification shall be in force from 31.07.2014 to 30.05.2015.
