Factory Stuffing Permission for the Rail Terminal at Navkar Corporation Sewri and Vashi CFS on MOT Basis

The following Public Notice was issued by the Commissioner of Customs (Export) Jawaharlal Nehru Customs House on 9^th October 2012.

SUB: Procedure to be followed for granting of Letter of Factory Stuffing Permission(LoFSP) to manufacturer-exporters, merchant-exporters and onetime/first time exporters and seasonal exporters on prior –verification basis.

Attention of the Exporters, CHAs and all the concerned is invited to the Public Notice No. 23/2010 dated 26.02.10 prescribing the procedure to be followed for granting LoFSP permissions to Manufacturer/Merchant Exporters, One Time/First Time Exporters for the factory/warehouse stuffing of export goods.

In partial modification of para 8 of Public Notice No.23/2010, henceforth, exporters can also seek permission and request for stuffing of containers for the Rail Terminal at M/s. Navkar Corporation Ltd (Container Freight Station) alongwith Turbhe Railway Station, Grain Yard at Sewri Station and Private Warehouses at APMC Market Vashi on MOT basis.

Further, all the contents of the Public Notice No. 23/2010 dated 26.02.2012 remain unchanged.
