Subject: Extension of validity of Pre-shipment Inspection Agencies (PSIAsl

In exercise of powers conferred under paragraph 2.04 of the Foreign Trade Policy (2015-20), the Director General of Foreign Trade in relaxation of the provision as in Para 2.55 (d) of the Handbook of Procedure, 2015-20, notifies as under:-

The validity of recognition of the Pre-shipment Inspection Agencies (PSIAs) included in the Appendix 2G of Appendices and Aayat Niryat Forms (A&ANF) of Foreign Trade Policy (2015-20), who are going to complete their tenure of three years on or before 30.3.2020, is extended up to 31.3.2020.

Effect of this Public Notice: Validity of the Pre-shipment Inspection Agencies (PSIAs) as listed in the Appendix 20 of A&ANF, whose validity expires on or before 30.3.2020, is extended up to 31.3.2020.
