Mathilakam (Thrissur), Kerala ICD Notified for Unloading and Loading Goods

[Customs Notification No. 60 (Non Tariff) dated 24th August 2011]

In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (aa) of sub-section (1) of section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs, hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 12/97-Customs (N.T.), dated the 2nd April, 1997, published in the Gazette of India, vide number G.S.R. 193(E), dated the 2nd April, 1997, namely:-

In the said notification, in the Table, against serial number 6A relating to the State of Kerala, in column (3), after item (ii) and the entry relating thereto in column (4), the following item and the entry shall respectively be inserted, namely:-

“(iii) Mathilakam (Thrissur)	Unloading of imported goods and the loading of export goods.”
