Pre-export Conditions Dropped in Refined Oils Export SION

Effect of this Public Notice: Pre-export condition for Standard Input Output Norms E-121, E-122, E-123, E-124, E-127 and E-128 stands deleted.

Subject: Amendments to remove the pre-export conditions for the items mentioned against SIONs E-121, E-122, E-123, E-124, E-127 and E-128.

In exercise of powers conferred under Paragraph 1.03 of the Foreign Trade Policy 2015-2020, as amended from time to time, the Director General of Foreign Trade makes the following amendments in the Standard Input Output Norms:

The following condition mentioned below the SIONs E-121, E-122, E-123, E-124, E-127 and E-128 stands deleted:

"First export will take place and import will be allowed only after grant of EODC as per conditions number 2&3 mentioned in the Policy Circular No. 13 dated 26.09.2005."
