Section 88(b) of the Finance (No. 2) Act, 2019 Schedule Changes to be Implemented from 1 Jan 2020

Appointing the date for enforcing section 88 (b) of the Finance (No. 2) Act, 2019 to bring out the changes in the First Schedule to the Customs Tariff Act, 1975.

G.S.R. (E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of section 88 of the Finance (No. 2) Act, 2019 (23 of 2019), the Central Government hereby appoints the 1st day of January, 2020, as the date on which, the provisions of the said clause shall come into force.
