Speedy Disposal Track for All SEZs on References Made by Exporters – Interim Reply to be given within 15 Days

Subject: Regarding Speedy Disposal of references received by SEZs.

I am directed to refer to the subject cited above and to say that representations have been received in this department regarding delay in disposal of references made by the exporters. In view of ease of doing business, the competent authority has decided that all the zones may expedite the disposal of references made by the exporters in a time bound manner. Wherever such references are under process or decision on reference may take long time, an interim reply may be given within 15 days from the date of receipt of such reference.
