Commissioner Customs at Kolkata to Adjudicate DRI Case of Eastern Silk Industries

In terms of Notification No. 15/2002-Customs (N.T.) dated 07.03.2002 (as amended) issued under sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Board hereby assigns the Show Cause Notice DRI F.No.153/KOL/APP/2008 (Pt.) dated 11.05.2012 issued by Additional Director General, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Kolkata Zonal Unit, Kolkata in the case of M/s Eastern Silk Industries Ltd., Kolkata and others, to the Commissioner of Customs (Airport & Admn.), Custom House, Kolkata for the purpose of adjudication.
