Corrigendum dated 11 October 2012 to Ntfn 46(ADD)/04.10.2012 – Anti-dumping Duty on CR Flat Products of Stainless Steel Corrected to State Minimum Price Instead of Specific Duty

[Corrigendum dated 11^th October 2012]

In the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No. 46/2012- Customs (ADD), dated the 4^th October, 2012 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i) vide number G.S.R. 741(E), dated the 4^th October, 2012,-

for

“an anti-dumping duty at a rate equal to the amount specified in the currency per unit of measurement specified in corresponding entry in column (8), of the said Table”

read

“an anti-dumping duty which shall be equal to the difference between the amount specified in the corresponding entry in column (8), and the landed value of such imported goods in the currency and unit of measurement specified in the said column.”
