Corrigendum to Initiation Notification on Glycine from China

Subject: Corrigendum to initiation notification issued in anti-dumping investigation concerning imports of “Glycine” originating in or exported from China PR.

F. No. 6/14/2021 - DGTR.—Having regard to the Customs Tariff Act, 1975, as amended from time to time and the Customs Tariff (Identification, Assessment and Collection of Anti-dumping Duty on Dumped Articles and for Determination of Injury) Rules, 1995, as amended from time to time, thereof, the Designated Authority has issued the initiation notification No. 6/14/2021-DGTR dated 30.09.2021.

2. The paragraph 1 of the said initiation notification shall be substituted to read as under:

Whereas M/s Paras Intermediates Private Limited and Avid Organics Private Limited (hereinafter referred to as the 'Applicant' or the 'domestic industry') has filed an application before the Designated Authority (hereinafter referred to as the "Authority") on behalf of the domestic industry, in accordance with the Customs Tariff Act, 1975 as amended from time to time (hereinafter referred to as the "Act") and the Customs Tariff (Identification, Assessment and Collection of Anti-Dumping Duty on Dumped Articles and for determination of injury) Rules, 1995 as amended from time to time (hereinafter referred to as the "Rules") for anti-dumping investigation concerning imports of "Glycine" (hereinafter referred to as the "subject goods" or specifically as "product under consideration" or "PUC"), originating in or exported from China PR (hereinafter referred to as the "subject country").
