Digital Offset Printing Plates Anti-dumping Investigation – Corrections in Investigation Period for Injury Elongated

Subject: Initiation Notification of anti-dumping duty investigation concerning imports of Digital Offset Printing Plates, originating in or exported from China PR, Japan, Korea RP, Taiwan and Vietnam.

F. No.6/7/2019-DGTR: Having regard to the Customs Tariff Act, 1975, as amended from time to time and the Customs Tariff (Identification, Assessment and Collection of Anti-Dumping Duty on Dumped Articles and for Determination of Injury) Rules, 1995, as amended from time to time, thereof, the Designated Authority has issued the Initiation notification No. 6/7/2019-DGTR dated 16.5.2019, in respect of the above Anti-dumping investigation.

In para 17 the line “The injury investigation period will, however, cover the period April 2015-March 2016, April 2016-March 2017, April 2017- March 2018 and the POI” is corrected to read as “The injury investigation period will, however, cover the period April 2015-March 2016, April 2016-March 2017, April 2017- March 2018, 1/4/2018 to 30/6/2018 and the POI”.
