[Corrigendum dated 11th July 2012]

In the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No. 42/2012-Service Tax, dated the 29^th June, 2012 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i) vide number G.S.R. 520 (E), dated the 29^th June, 2012, in para 1,-

the words “in excess of the service tax” shall be omitted.
