Subject: Revised PCN Methodology to be adopted
in the anti-dumping investigation concerning imports of Multi. Filament Yarn originating in or exported from China PR, Taiwan, Thailand and Korea RP.

This has reference to letter dated 9th August, 2019 issued by this Directorate
specifying the PCN methodology adopted in the subject investigation. Subsequently, various representations from different stakeholders have been
received with regard to inadequate
coverage of the PUC and non-grant of opportunity to the stakeholders to offer comments on
the PCN methodology.
The matter has been re-examined, and it has been
proposed to revise the PCN methodology as under:

For example, PCN for Crimped Fully drawn Grey 10 Filament with Semi dull luster having 20 denier will be "CFDO100020SDGR" and Flat
Partially Oriented Dyed 40 Filament with Bright luster having 15 denier will be "FP00400015BRDY".
All interested parties are advised to file their comments on the
PCN proposed above, positively by 2nd September, 2019 failing
which the PCN above will be taken as final.
Accordingly, the time limit for filing questionnaire response is extended till 20th September, 2019.
