Revised PCN for PCB Anti-dumping Investigation Case

accordance with the above PCN-methodology latest by 1200 Hrs. (IST), 23rd June,
2023 for the period of investigation and preceding three financial years as per
initiation notification.

Subject: - Final PCN methodology -
Anti-dumping investigation concerning imports of “Printed Circuit Boards (PCB)”
originating in or exported from China PR and Hong Kong-
With reference to the subject
investigation, an oral hearing was conducted on 26/04/2023 to discuss the scope
of product under consideration (PUC) and PCN Methodology proposed in the petition.
All interested parties were requested to file their comments in writing on
appropriateness of the PCN methodology till 5th May 2023. The interested
parties and domestic industry presented their views after sharing the
non-confidential version and issues such as unit of measurement, the scope of
Product Under Consideration (PUC) and Product Code Number (PCN) were brought
into the notice as per the submissions made by the interested parties after
initiation notification and submissions made after the oral hearing.
2. Having regard to the comments
received from the interested parties along with the consensus on the PCN
adopted and methodology, the Authority hereby notified the following PCNs of
PUC.

In view of the above, all interested parties are now requested to file
Questionnaire responses in accordance with the above PCN-methodology latest by
1200 Hrs. (IST), 23rd June, 2023 for the period of investigation and preceding
three financial years as per initiation notification. No further extension of
time will be given by the Authority to file the questionnaire responses.
