DGTR Recommends Anti-dumping Duty on Optical Fibre” (“SMOF”) from China, Indonesia and South Korea in Final Findings on Complaint of Birla Furukawa Fibre Optics

· China – US$ 122.41 to 537.30 per KFKM (fibre kilometre)/KFKM (lKFKM = 1000 FKM).

· Indonesia - US$ 807.88 per KFKM

· South Korea – US$ 857.23 per KFKM

Ø The product under consideration is "Dispersion Unshifted Single - Mode Optical Fiber" ("SMOF"). The product scope covers Dispersion Unshifted Fiber (G.652) and Bend insensitive single mode Fiber (G.657). Dispersion Shifted Fiber (G.653), Cut-off shifted single mode optical Fiber (G.654), and Non-Zero Dispersion Shifted Fiber(G.655 & G.656) are specifically excluded from the scope of the PUC.

Ø The trading of this commodity occurs in FKM (fibre kilometre)/KFKM (lKFKM = 1000 FKM). The recommended ADD should be collected in this unit. Accordingly, steps may be taken to ensure the same.
