Extension of Issue of Certificate of Origin (CoO) from 60 days to 180 days under India-Chile PTA in case of Emergency

Telecom EPC request views on the need for extending the time lines from 60 days to 180 days for issue of CoO (with justification) from the date of issue of Commercial invoice in case of emergency situations like Global Pandemics or Natural Disasters. We will have to inform to the Department of Commerce the names of the exporters who are facing difficulties in producing CoO.
