Department Notification dated 29 December 2021]
No. 25/05/2020-4IB-I.— In supersession of the
Enterprises Promotion Policy, 2015, the Governor of Haryana is pleased to
notify the ‘Haryana Enterprises & Employment Policy-2020’ attached as
Annexure-‘A’, which will be effective from 01st January, 2021 for a period of
five years.
The policy has been concurred by the Finance Department
vide their U.O. No.11/67/2020-3FDIII/2020/26223, dated 22nd December, 2020 and
approved by the Council of Ministers in its meeting held on 23rd December,
2020.
