Income Tax Man Panda Appointed Addl DGFT

The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has approved the following appointments of officers at Joint Secretary / Joint Secretary equivalent level with pay at Level 14 of the Pay Matrix :

(1) Appointment of Shri Padam Lal Negi, IDAS (1992), as Joint Secretary & FA, Ministry of Civil Aviation, from the date of assumption of the charge of the post, for a tenure upto the date of superannuation on 30/11/2026 or until further orders, whichever is earlier, vice Shri Vimalendra Anand Patwardhan, IA&AS (1996).

(2) Appointment of Shri Sanjeev Kumar Kassi, CPES (1995), as Joint Secretary, Ministry of Coal, from the date of assumption of the charge of the post, for a tenure of five years or until further orders, whichever is earlier, vice Shri Shyam Bhagat Negi, IPS (HP:92).

(3) Appointment of Shri Gangadhar Panda, IRS (IT:1993), as Additional DGFT, New Delhi, Dte Gen of Foreign Trade (DGFT), Department of Commerce, from the date of assumption of the charge of the post, for a tenure upto the date of superannuation on 31/05/2025 or until further orders, whichever is earlier, vice Ms. Suman Sharma IRS (IT:1990).

(4) Appointment of Shri Jitendra Srivastava, lAS (BH:2000), as Joint Secretary, Department of Drinking Water & Sanitation from the date of assumption of the charge of the post, for a tenure of five years or until further orders, whichever is earlier, vice Shri MK Sahoo, lAS (AGMUT:2006).

(5) Appointment of Shri K Manicka Raj, lAS (TG:2005), as Joint Secretary, Department of Economic Affairs from the date of assumption of the charge of the post, for a tenure of five years or until further orders, whichever is earlier, vice Shri Hanish Chhabra, lAS (TN:2006).

(6) Appointment of Shri Preet Pal Singh, IFoS (AGMUT:2000), as Joint Secretary, Ministry of Food Processing Industries from the date of assumption of the charge of the post, for a tenure of five years or until further orders, whichever is earlier, vice Shri Manoj Joshi lAS (KL:1989).

(7) Appointment of Ms. Rina Sonowal Kouli, llnfoS (1994), as Joint Secretary, Department of Higher Education, from the date of assumption of the charge of the post, for a tenure of five years or until further orders, whichever is earlier, vice Ms. Kamini Chauhan Ratan, lAS (UP:1997).

(8) Appointment of Shri Lokhande Prashant Sitaram, lAS (AGMUT:2001), as Joint Secretary, Ministry of Home Affairs, from the date of assumption of the charge of the post, for a tenure of five years or until further orders, whichever is earlier, vice Shri Sudhesh K Shahi, CSS.

(9) Appointment of Shri Chittaranjan Dash, IRS (IT:1999), as Principal Commissioner, Delhi Development Authority (DDA), Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs, from the date of assumption of the charge of the post, for a tenure of five years or until further orders, whichever is earlier, vice Shri Rajesh Kumar, lAS (MN:1988).

(10) Appointment of Shri Ravi Shankar, IDES (1998), as Principal Commissioner, Delhi Development Authority (DDA), Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs, from the date of assumption of the charge of the post, for a tenure of five years or until further orders, whichever is earlier, vice Shri Manish Kumar Gupta, lAS (AGMUT:1991).

(11) Appointment of Ms. Deepika Kachhal, llnfoS (1994), as Joint Secretary, Ministry of Labour & Employment, from the date of assumption of the charge of the post, for a tenure of five years or until further orders, whichever is earlier, vice Ms. Kalpana Rajsinghot, IPoS (1992).

(12) Appointment of Shri Manish Kumar Kanojia, IRS (IT:1998), as Financial Advisor, KVIC, Mumbai, Ministry of Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises, from the date of assumption of the charge of the post, for a tenure of five years or until further orders, whichever is earlier, vice Ms. Ashima Gupta, IRS (IT:1991).

(13) Appointment of Shri Surender Mehra, IFoS (UD:1999), as Adviser, NITI Aayog, from the date of assumption of the charge of the post, for a combined tenure of seven years up to 04/02/2026 or until further orders, whichever is earlier, vice Shri Alok Kumar lAS (UP:1993).

(14) Appointment of Shri Sanjiv, IRS (IT:1993), as Joint Secretary, Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade, from the date of assumption of the charge of the post, for a tenure of five years or until further orders, whichever is earlier, vice Ms. Sumita Dawra, lAS (AP:1991).

(15) Appointment of Shri Lucas Laiconsing Kamsuan, CSS, as Joint Secretary, Department of Public Enterprises, from the date of assumption of the charge of the post, for a tenure of five years or until further orders, whichever is earlier, vice Shri Rajesh Kumar Chaudhry, IFoS (PB :1987).

(16) Appointment of Shri Anshu Manish Khalkho, IDAS (1994), as Director (A&F), National Highways & Infrastructure Development Corporation Ltd. (NHIDCL), Ministry of Road Transport & Highways, from the date of assumption of the charge of the post, for a tenure of five years or until further orders, whichever is earlier, vice Shri Manoj Sahay, IA&AS(1994). The appointment of Shri Raman Chopra, IRS (IT: 1993) to the ibid post vide DoPT Order No. 33/03/2022-EO(SM-1) dated 23/02/2022 is cancelled.

(17) Appointment of Ms. A. Dhanalakshmi, CSS, as Joint Secretary, Department of Science & Technology, from the date of assumption of the charge of the post, for a tenure of five years or until further orders, whichever is earlier, vice Ms. Anju Bhalla, CSS.

(18) Appointment of Shri Mebanshailang R Synrem, lAS (AM:2002), as Joint Secretary, Ministry of Tourism, with additional charge of the post of Additional DG (Tourism), from the date of assumption of the charge of the post, for a tenure of five years or until further orders, whichever is earlier, vice Ms. Rupinder Brar, IRS (IT:1990).

(19) Appointment of Shri Preetam B Yashvant, lAS (RJ:2003), as Joint Secretary, Ministry of Women & Child Development, from the date of assumption of the charge of the post, for a tenure of five years or until further orders, whichever is earlier, vice Shri Rakesh Gupta, lAS (HY:1997).
