Sanitary Towels Import at 6.67% Duty under Indo-Singapore FTA

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No. 10/2008-Customs, dated the 15^th January, 2008 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i) vide number G.S.R. 33(E), dated the 15^th January, 2008, namely:-

In the said notification, in the Table, after serial number 532, the following serial number shall be inserted, namely: -

“533	96190010	All goods	6.67%”
