Seeks to continue the exemption from Integrated
Tax and Compensation Cess on goods imported under
AA/EPCG/EOU Schemes

No. 37 /2022- Customs the 30th June, 2022]
G.S.R. (E).- In
exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the
Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it
is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following
further amendments in each of the notifications of the Government of India,
Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) specified in Column (2) of the
Table below, in the manner as specified in the corresponding entry in Column
(3) of the said Table, namely :-
