Polyethylene Terephthalate Anti-dumping Investigation – Corrections in Investigation Period

[Corrigendum Notification Case No. (O.I. 17/2019) dated 11 October 2019]

Subject: - Initiation Notification of Anti-Dumping Investigation concerning imports of "Polyethylene Terephthalate" originating in or exported from China PR.

File No 6/24/2019-DGTR: Having regard to the Customs Tariff Act, 1975, as amended from time to time and the Customs Tariff (Identification, Assessment and Collection of Anti-Dumping Duty on Dumped Articles and for Determination of Injury) Rules, 1995, as amended from time to time, thereof, the Designated Authority has issued the Initiation Notification No. 6/24/2019-DGTR dated 1^st October, 2019, in respect of the above Anti- Dumping Investigation.

In para 12 of the said Notification, the word “September” should be read as “October”. Accordingly, the period of Investigation will read as 1^st October, 2018 to 30^th June, 2019 (9 months).
