Solar Cells Safeguard Duty Review Investigation - Questionnaire Response Time Extended to 11 May 2020

Subject: Final Extension of time for filling the Questionnaire response in Review Investigation for continued imposition of Safeguard Duty on imports of “Solar Cells whether or not assembled in modules or panels” into India (Case No SG 01/2020)

Various interested parties have expressed their inability to file responses to Questionnaire within the extended timelines i.e. by 30/04/2020 due to imposition of Nationwide Complete Lockdown by Government of India. Based on these requests, the Director General has granted final extension of time i.e. by 11/05/2020 to file responses to the Questionnaire with respect to above cited investigation. All interested parties may now file responses within the afore stated extended timeline. No further extension will be granted.
