This pertains to the amendments in the Safeguard Rules to be undertaken
in the Customs Tariff (Identification and Assessment of Safeguard Duty) Rules,
1997, enacted under section 8B and 8C of the Customs Tariff Act, 1975. All
stakeholders are requested to provide their comments on the proposed amendments
in Safeguard Rules latest by 31.07.2019. The comments may be sent to the email
