· Limit of Non-paper Material in All Waste Paper Consignment raised to 5% from 2%

· Certificate of Origin Authenticated by Pre-Shipment Inspection Agency (PSIA) Required

· Import with Waste in Excess of 5% must be re-exported. Redemption after 25% Penalty allowed or destruction by burning

· No Trading of Paper Waste Allowed, Import must be only for Manufacturing

· Bio Medical Waste, Municipal Solid Waste not Allowed
